Accessibility statement
The Magic Touch clinic is committed to providing people with disabilities equal, respectful and independent access to its website, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service) Regulations, 5773–2013.
Level of accessibility
The website complies with the requirements of the Israeli standard IS 5568 (ת"י 5568), Level AA, which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. In addition, the website features an accessibility panel that lets you adjust font size, contrast, highlighting of links and headings, disabling animations and other display options.

Privacy policy
The Magic Touch clinic (hereinafter — the "Clinic", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to the website and undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, and the regulations issued under it.
What data we collect
- Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: full name, phone number, email address and the text of your message.
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit the website: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of the visit.

The Clinic does not collect medical information through the website. Please do not transmit information about your state of health or other sensitive information through the form on the website — such data should be provided directly during your appointment or by phone.

Legal basis and consent

The website uses third-party services, in particular an embedded Google Maps map and a button linking to WhatsApp; when these are used, the privacy policies of the respective companies apply.

Data is stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law. We apply accepted organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including encryption of the connection via the HTTPS protocol.
